If an increase tolerance is required on a cylinder bore then this service will help. Honing works using an abrasive stone, on a controlled path which improves the geometric form of a surface and can improve the surface texture.

CNC Milling

Milling machines can move in all three dimensions, which opens up various possibilities when producing a product or part. Using a rotating cutting tool secured into a spindle, a block of material is placed on the cutting bed below.

We do charge separately for the design service, however if the part or product goes into full production with us that money will be discounted of your first major order quantity.
